Between the trees
ANU School of Art and Design Graduating Exhibition 2019
The landscape seen through the fog and rain becomes a great expanse of reduced detail, giving way to a sense of infinity. From these natural phenomena, as well as personal perspectives in relation to the surrounding environment, the land becomes simplified. What is revealed is in a constant, yet slow, state of variation, movement and disappearance. The space between the trees offers a place of reflection on process and perception, presenting a unique observation on the relationship between body, light and space.
